New Lots, Rebuilds & Overlays
A parking lot fails from the bottom up. That's why every Perry Asphalt paving project starts with the base: we evaluate grading and drainage before the first truck arrives, so the surface we lay has something solid to sit on.
Whether it's a new lot, a full-depth rebuild, or an overlay on a milled surface, we handle the project from prep through final compaction. You get pavement that drains the right way, holds up under the traffic it carries, and finishes clean along curbs, structures, and edges.
- New construction lots, expansions, and full rebuilds
- Mill-and-overlay resurfacing for worn lots and streets
- Grading and drainage review before paving starts
- Phased scheduling so your property stays open
- Final striping and markings available on the same project

FAQ
Common questions
How long does a typical parking lot project take?
Most commercial lots run one to three days of on-site work depending on size and whether we're milling first. You'll get a day-by-day schedule with your estimate, including which sections close when.
How soon can we drive on new asphalt?
Light vehicle traffic is normally fine within 24 hours, and we'll give you exact guidance based on mix and weather. We phase the work so part of your lot is always usable.
Do you pave residential driveways?
Our schedule is built around commercial, municipal, and industrial work. For large residential projects like private roads or shared drives, reach out and we'll take a look.
