Repairs That Fix the Cause
Potholes and alligator cracking are symptoms. The cause is usually water in the base or asphalt that's reached the end of its life in that section. A cold-patch skim over the top looks fixed for a season and then fails again.
Perry Asphalt repairs work differently: we cut out the failed section to full depth, correct the base if it's moved, and lay hot mix compacted to the same spec as new pavement. For larger worn areas, a mill-and-inlay replaces the top layer across the whole section for a uniform, long-lasting surface.
- Full-depth cut-out and replacement of failed sections
- Mill-and-inlay for larger worn areas
- Pothole and utility-cut repair with hot mix
- Base and drainage correction where the failure started
- Tight scheduling — most repairs finish in a day

FAQ
Common questions
Is it worth repairing, or should we repave the whole lot?
If damage is isolated to a few sections, targeted repairs buy years at a fraction of the cost. Once failures spread across most of the surface, repaving wins on price per square foot. We'll measure and give you both numbers so the decision is easy.
How fast can you get to an urgent repair?
Potholes that are damaging cars or creating liability get priority scheduling. Tell us it's urgent in the form and we'll respond with the earliest slot we have.
Will patches match the rest of the lot?
Fresh asphalt reads darker than weathered pavement at first and blends as it cures. Sealcoating after repairs brings the whole surface to one uniform color.
