Milling for Lots, Streets & Highways
Milling removes the worn top layer of asphalt at a set depth and leaves a uniform surface the new pavement can bond to. Our machines hold precise depth across the full cut, so the overlay goes down at an even thickness and drains the way it should.
We mill everything from city intersections to interstate lanes — including night closures where traffic can't stop for daytime work. Millings are loaded and hauled off as part of the job, leaving you a clean surface that's ready to pave.
- Parking lots, streets, intersections, and highway lanes
- Precision depth control for even overlays
- Edge milling along gutters, buildings, and tie-ins
- Night and weekend closures for live-traffic locations
- Loading and haul-off of millings included

FAQ
Common questions
Why mill instead of paving over the old surface?
Paving straight over failed asphalt copies every crack and drainage problem into the new surface. Milling removes the damaged layer and restores the correct elevations, so the new mat performs the way it should.
Can you mill around manholes, gutters, and tight edges?
Yes. Edge work is standard on our municipal projects — we mill clean transitions at curbs, structures, and building lines so the new surface ties in flush.
Do you take on milling-only contracts?
We do. General contractors and other paving companies bring us in for milling capacity on larger projects. If you need cut-and-haul on a schedule, get in touch.
